In order to redeem your key, please follow the instructions below:
1. Go to http://www.arcgames.com
2. Login to your account or sign up for free and download Arc Client
3. Have at least one character created in Forsaken World.
4. Click the Arc logo at the top left corner of your Arc Client.
5. Click “Redeem a Code” and enter your code.
6. Proceed to any mailbox to claim your item!
